Wow... always something unexpected happening. Whether it's good or bad remains to be seen. And how often have they said anything like this?

"We will be releasing additional intellectual property business developments tomorrow"

Well that sure narrows it down. So "intellectual property" (patent filings?) and "business developments" would appear to be closely related as I had thought. The key question that remains for me is whether they view new IP/patent filings to be business developments in and of themselves or have they actually sold something?

I guess we find out tomorrow... and before the market opens I would strongly suspect. (That may even be a requirement given the above statement)
