I have read it 3 times now, and this means?

"When I arrived they were doing a role call to be sure everyone was present. DMX? was the only defendant who was not in the courtroom or on the phone."

Prof, can you elaborate further? Was the judge disturbed they were a 100% no show? Any comments from him? Did DM comment about their absence?

Just a guess, they may have decided to settle and were excused from participation....maybe?

Thoughts from anyone?
