Samsung had 30 days to retrieve something. I think they (Samsung) supplied EDIG / DM with the answers to each question DM posed to the current 16 companies for infringement as part of settlement. DM probalby wanted validation / solid guidance as to yes they infringe and what to ask specifically and agreed to go at it through court means as they are currenly doing and not just say here is how Samsung does it and i gaurantee how you do it to throwing sammy under the bus. I believe they know these companies infringe, have sammy proof of it beyond a shaddow of a doubt and it will come out in the wash soon.

My fortune cookie still has me waiting and anticipating end of January.
