There is mega exposure here for these companies, especially NOKIA, if I had to name just one.

They are the market share leader for cell phones and virtually all have camera's.

No way they will let a jury or judge weigh in on a foreign company, imo. Not enough at stake to not write a check and make this go away...especially if DM tells them they will take Apple the distance.
