It's a scheduled "status conference" with the remaining 16 defendants and EDIG/DM, prior to the Markman hearing date set for 1/28/11.

Nothing more or less can be answered for sure as we speak, although opinions have been offered by many....me included.

Look for Pacer news here some time Fri/Sat?

We had someone that was going to attend (Giants) and report back, but he might not be going now due to an injury accident that he reported to us this morning.
