Message: Thoughts about defendant Sakar International, Inc.,

Yes but maybe Sakar started out going along with the others, the idea of a united front against EDIG. However, when push comes to shove, real dollars are involved and they recognize that their time away from their core business cost money too, they may be thinking to drop out of the united group. That could be the signal that the united group really isn't going to hold together. Someone here posted an article about how companies that unite as a group in the begining eventually fragment and the last one standing is left with a huge bill and the diffculty of fighting the whole battle. If Sakar is smart, IMO, they will bail now. It's like musical chairs, but with a negative outcome for the last one sitting. Who will that be?

Let's see if Sakar hands over all the info to the judge by the 27th of Dec. 2010. If they haven't gathered all the info by now they will be busting their buttocks to pull it all together by then ( during the holidays ). I think a better use of their time would be negotiating with DM about a settlement number.
