The caution is in reference to getting TOO excited and trying to read too much in a marginal move upwards, especially with no news, for a penny stock that has been range bound for over a year now. Actually MUCH longer if you discount the brief move to .25 over the past couple of years. Trust me, no on wants to see this move higher more than me . . . ;-)
