I'm not sure either. The timing of their meeting with EDIG's timing to announce a material event is what caught my eye, not to mention the NAND flash aspect.

The Flash market is so vast and the 174+ infringers are into to many levels of development, that I thought it was worth a mention.

EDIG is going to announce "new technologies", so who knows...
