I just read Gil's fine post too, and tend to agree with the strategy he describes.

This board was convinced we were taking Samsung to the Markman 2/17/10, as the last hold out of the TX 7.

I'm of the opinion due to early success of 10 settlements, these 16, and some are real big guys, are weighing the risk of a Markman hearing going our way. Yes, the likes of NOKIA have deep pockets, but if your engineers admit to the CEO/CFO that EDIG has us dead to rights, why pay more than you have too?

I'm going with Gil 100% on this one.
