Can someone point me to the question RP answered month or so back per us/the company wanting a conclusions to our patent validity and indicating we're most likely going to markman, or they really look forward to it.. the response email stated something to effect, they want to see this come to a conclusion,,, indicating we're most likely going to marksman with someone this round.
