How can DM determine a monetary value for each defendant, without numbers from them, via discovery? Or is there another way to obtain the numbers?
As in how many widgets sold from what date to the present, a projection of future sales until the patents expire, how much profit did you make using our clients IP, etc etc?
For that matter, how was this determined for the TX 7 and 3 of 19 in CO?
