SMAN:...WOW!?...
Who wrote that article?!
Obviously, he or she knows what they are talking about...
That article should be read and re-read by everyone here. It gives a clear and understandable explanation of what a law suit entails, and what distiguishes the "Flashy" lawyer from the one who has a pragmatic understanding of what their job is, and how best they can achieve acceptable results for their clients within the frame work of the Judicial Process.
In a nut-shell the article explains lucidly that a great lawyer ha to:
1) Kow everything there is to know about his/her case;
2) Has make an assement of what points to emphasize, to get the best results in the case;
3) Has to know who is deciding the case, and anticipate what they will be asking and have a clear and concise ANSWER ready befor efacing that person,
4) And have the ability and expertese to "Know" where the Judge is going, and have an appropriate response ready for it; something only acquired through "Experience" as there are no courses one can take it.
5) Finally, the writer makes it clear that our legal system is not a crap shoot, and JUSTICE is not bought and sold in the Hallways of the Halls of Justices, as some might think...
Indeed, WOODY JAMESON is the best of the best, and his agreeing to join up with the EDIG cause has always meant to me as the best indication of "VALIDITY" of EDIG patents, and led me to more than quadrouple my investment in this dinky stock...
