Maybe you should become a ``friendly`` investor then.

I agree too that the company needs more shares. I also believe that it would be detrimental to strong-arm the company into making those available to present investors.

It doesn`t phase me that the ``friendly`` investors`` are given priority access to them - especially if it means the company feels trusted to go about business as they see fit. I bought into this company because I thought their business was going to benefit me financially. If that changes, I`ll sell. If I feel like it`s a snow-job, I`ll sell.

But I won`t bad-mouth the company in the process - it won`t benefit me. And I won`t come back here to let everyone else know. That`s just stupid.
