While the investors have many favorable situations, we the shareholders get crapped on every time they issue new shares, and in addition we experience dilution.

I don`t know why some here cannot grasp that idea and bring it up at the upcoming board meeting.

I agree that the company needs more shares, but I`m tired of the ``friendly investors`` getting all the positive breaks.
