Let's hope the realization of that potential is a markman win. I, for one, do not wish to see settlements from all the defendants. Would like to get the markman behind us and see where that lands the company, the pps, and the whole lot of us.

btw, if we do see settlements, I think we need 8 figure settlements to move the needle. I don't the think dreamer scenario of a buyout north of $1 is going to happen if settlements remain in the $1M to $5M range. Relatively speaking, that amount of money is not significant to these company. If they can get away with settling for $5 million, why on earth are they going to consider a buyout in the hundreds of millions or into the billions.
