Since when have we been allowed top purchase any shares from them company. The last 125 million have gone to friendly investors or as stock options.

I and others would like the opportunity to purchase new shares, hopefully to expand the business or implement strategies that would benefit the shareholders.

And most of the past shares sold have been at a favorable price to the investors, as compared to the market price at that time the transaction was initiated.
