Yes, I believe I elaborated on that subject in a prior post, may have been several weeks ago. Obviously it depends on the type patent, the elements to interest the investment community and the products being worked on by PN.

Of course the major player in the game is how the markman ruling will go if we get that far, hopefully so. Also some clarity on the settlement amounts of the current group may impact any of our past thoughts.
