Kidding aside Fry's sells gadgets made by Mach speed I think IMHO are potential infringers. Also Literati digital reader sold at best buy a potential infringer (sharper image) and Cruz ereader or tablets also imo on the potential infringers list I think it is made by Velocity Micro.

The Market is being flooded by new ereaders and Ipad tablets look alike which are all have removable sd slot which IMO are or will be add on our potential 150+ remaining soon to be named infringers.
