Just my best guess as to timing as we wind down the calendar year in anticipation of what management has referenced.

Historically they just about pick the latest date possible, or so it seems, but with a Markman to be the focus in January, best they maximize exposure to the new business developements and material events.

I still think it has to do with whoever it was that approached them for licensing agreements late last year...a company not yet named in an IP lawsuit...and you know who my pick is....lol.

Then there is Nunally's new technologies to consider.....
