There are now 8 weeks left in the quarter and three of them are holiday weeks, namely Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks.

I doubt that management would try and compete with the distractions of the holidays in releasing news of MATERIAL EVENTS, therefore that leaves us with 5 weeks from which to choose, imo, the next two before Thanksgiving week and the three following.
