While I hear ya loud and clear, and am largely in agreement (i.e., if there`s more info, give it to us with time to mull it over before casting a vote), what rings in my ears are the statements re: non-IFE/major MMB OEM. They went along the lines of ``expect announcements in the fall, though we may be able to announce sooner with OEM permission.`` That coupled with the slip in AMS date (there have been statements that this was to coincide with annual reporting, but 4-6 weeks later? Hardly ``timely``). So, to me, it looks like a push-out to enable them to say something of significance about this or something else non-IFE.

Now, if there is no news of significance re: non-IFE before the AMS, that, to me, will be more telling. I half way expect some announcement re: IFE (maybe that AMTRAK is coming - no orders yet - but coming), but I`m looking for something (anything?) else.

If that ``something else`` doesn`t come, it will influence my votes on Warden and compensation. I`ve already decided ``yes`` on the share authorization and the auditor change.

I do have to say the the Warden vote is somewhat non-sensical. Let`s see, should we put her, our Finance rep, on the board? Ya think maybe she already sits in on board meetings and provides input? Ya think she doesn`t already influence board decisions by the way in which she portrays financial status? Okay, this would give her a vote on board decisions....but she`s already ``there``.

That leaves the compensation issue. While it does have ``hair`` on it, we do need to enable the company to attract new talent. But such provisions MUST already exist (has it appeared that they`ve had that much difficulty filling positions?). But IF they announce significant new business, I`ll bite.

Perhaps this gives you a better feel for where I`m coming from....
