thanks
in mvho, i would be surprised if they settled anything without a lump sum and a royalty...they have stated that they are raising the bar....if they netted 11.5 after contingency on round 1 in tx...than thats prob a 20 million gross before expenses for all tx settlements, so if round 2 costs round 1,..so if that is what raising the bar means..than it seems to me the first single settlement should gross over 20 million---almost equal to their total market cap....and why wouldn't they get a royalty...those defendants aren't going to want to share their IP with ALL defendants..and I didn't see any protective order that they wanted it limited to only disclosure to Plaintiff and not other defendants..(has anyone else seen this type of protective order?)..and i can pretty sure guess that joint defense is history.
last one out has the really, really, rotten egg imo
btw, if they decided to pay a one cent dividend --wouldn't it only cost them about 3 million???? that would get some press imo...and i thought someone said last nov in the sh meeting that they were considering a possible dividend??
and i mentioned before the first royalty payment was about 25k....or approximately 1/6 of one month's gross overhead....gee..... shouldn't be too hard to be profitable....we'll see.
