OK, you`re wrong. The IMS acquisition isn`t to be finalized until early Sep 05. Then, it`ll probably be APS/IMS/Wencor.
To blame Atul for e.Digital`s lack of successes in landing all the business we hoped for the last 4 years is ridiculous. He`s been solely involved with design/engineering 3 of those 4 years, not courting new consumer electronics companies for business opps.
