I am not too concerned about the cost of doing business in a particular state. If that was the main concern businesses would not even be in the USA. The important thing is to be making money. Let the accountants figure out the taxes angle. San Diego has one of the most perfect climates in the world. I vote to stay in CA. (Aren't many companies incorporated in Delaware but headquartered else where? )

If anyone wants to vote for their favorite state or where EDIG should move let the voting begin and we can give the results to RP.

I vote to remain in CA. No moving costs. The company staff can focus on the business, not the moving.

I also vote that we drop the subject and focus on the EDIG business plan.
