Don't know about Fred, but RP lives very close to me....unless he's moved.

It is a highly desirable area re: school district, climate, low crime rate, little "city in the country" suburb of San Diego, homes hold their value better than the majority of the county, and avg time to sell is far less.

I guess this topic is a little silly/premature, so I'll leave it at that.

EDIG has been in Poway, now Rancho Bernardo (SD City limits) since 1988 and may very well be on the verge of blast off....just don't see a move in the near future.

Nuff said....by me anyway.
