I don't disagee completely, but I lived in Houston for 5 years and I would not go back there for a free house paid for by the company!

On a more pratical note, look at the age of RP/FF. Do you think they'd up root, leave San Diego for the sake of a few years then retire?

With the tax loss carry forward, $150K/mo burn rate, not going to happen IMO.
