This is not about the coming 10Q as the revenues from the 16 curently active IP suits have yet to factor in, nor has there been any material event reported that would appear in the next 10Q.

The time line is with respect to the coming NEWS of material events, new technologies, new patent filings THIS CALENDAR YEAR, and maybe some pre-Markman settlements...that is what will drive the pps, not the 2nd quarterly report.
