Hi, Joe,

On January 26, 2000 we had 124,529,739 shares outstanding.

Best regards,
Robert

Sr. Vice President

As I said gang, thought it was 125 mln, so my memory has been restored to a tier I.

With respect to those calculating a comparison of a PPS, if we use 300 mln....

125/300 = ~ .4167

.4167 X 24.50 = ~ 10.20.

Factor out the hype during the tech bubble, and EDIG's fundamentals in 2000 vs today, and my WAG would be to discount it 40% or more, to mean about $6.

I am not predicting $6, just trying to answer the questions raised on this topic.

Someone asked me if I was a paid pumper for this "scam of a company", so just trying to make another nickle by posting again. Since I post about 20 times a day, that's a BUCK!! Yippee....I'm rich every day...LOL!!!
