Your collective energy would have served all of us much better, had you followed my suggestion to Sman998 to find the answer to the following questions...

1) Did DM ever do work for AAPL?...

2) When was the date of such service?...

3) What was the nature and extent of that service?...(like was it in IP, or did they do some Real Estate work?)...

4) Was the service a one time deal, or did the relationship continue?...

The ANSWER to such questions will be determintive of whether, when time comes, DM will continue as counsel for EDIG,or they have to bow out?...
