There was no DD explaining how she came to that conclusion, just the admonition that they were a 3rd tiered legal team and that she hopes they climb that ladder to better days, maybe a 2nd or even 1st tiered legal team. I found it condescending as well as grossly inaccurate.

But no comment on the new evidence to the contrary?
