He has apparently focused on the examiners prior art efforts to be lacking....involving issues concerning the prior art of Okamoto.

Okomoto was sited in a combination effort by the examiner to draw his conclusions of final rejection....with that, Okomoto was considered in every rejection.

Note I comment "combination effort"...meaning that it required the prior art of 4 considerations to form the conclusion. If one prior art is bad the conclusion is wrong.

Okamoto patents where filed after e.Digitals application process....that includes all foreign circumstances as well...which disavows the prior art of these patents to be sited by the examiner.

Okamoto is not aviable as prior art against the e.Digital application
