It's been dropped to .09 this morning, after actually opening at last nights after close ask per Agotra LII, and this is very common unfortunately.

It usually takes LII until about 7:30AM EDT to catch up, but my Fidelity ATP which is 2 minutes delayed did have .115 at open, and it stayed that way until a few minutes ago.
