We haven’t had any PACER filings from the Defendants since the Court denied their motion to stay discovery on 9/17/10 (21 days ago). We’ve also not had any PACER complaints from DM that Defendants are not complying with the court order to provide discovery.

From this information, we can deduce that each of the Defendants must be doing one of two things: Providing the discovery DM has requested or are in settlement talks with EDIG."

Two weeks have gone by since, and over a month since 9/17/10. Makes you wonder huh?
