I don`t understand why some people are electing to go ahead and cast a ``no`` vote BEFORE hearing the supposedly pending news. Just seems strange. Why not wait to hear what`s up (or not) before committing? Once you`ve voted, it`s impossible to get a ``do over``.
I fully intend to vote ``yes`` on the critical item, but am holding out before deciding on others. What if they announced a big deal requiring a lot of engineering talent, and we vote down the compensation item, and they can`t attract the talent needed to perform?
