I did not mean to imply that the SHM being 3-4 weeks after the Markman hearing that we'd have the courts decision by then. I can see now that many may have assumed that was my point, so I apologize on that front. It was only meant to be a timing reference.....

With all the other comments by management be it in PR's or email replies, I am of the belief that other events will take place between now and the Feb SHM (predicting Thurs Feb 24th just for grins) and my 3-4 weeks comment is also a swag on my part.

Comments like microcap interest this year is an example.
