I'd really like to see some of the defendants fold in front of that order......@ least the Vivitar issue in simply not wanting to fight it.

IMO, seeing Vivitar went to lengths to explain they do not have the information e.Digital seeks for claims construction discovery, I would think they would just bow-out and settle, seeing Sakar has only owned the Vivitar issue for such a short time.

e.Digital must really be biting their ankles with settlement amounts for the past Vivitar legal issues.
