It appears to me, everyone "speculates" to a degree, and what ever comfort zone one is in, on a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being the highest, take your pick.

I just watched the news, and the weather Man speculated on what to expect for the next 5 days....and he is seldon right, but I listen anyway.
