I think that your recent buy will do very well for you. We should see many of the current group of 16 start to settle as we closer to January. The Markman Hearing will be a large step forward. I expect Duane Morris will do a great job. This will be a major turing point for e.Digital.

I wonder how soon after the markman they all will settle? Maybe we can get together for lunch after the markman hearing?
