This development is an entirely new layer to this company and this investment.

MATERIAL EVENTS !

DM's leveraging of EDIG's Flash patent portfolio is what this investment has mostly been about the past 4 years, however, now we have an entirely new business development with a finite time frame for investors to evaluate.

The vague reference from February's PR regarding "elements" has been further explained with a specific time frame for further clarity. This is seperate from the current and ongoing IP litigation.

EDIG, the company, is expanding its horizons beyond the current and promising flash patent portfolio efforts and eVU market.

While DM is now obviously raising the bar, now that EDIG's financials are stable, investors have new technologies and their involvement with Pat Nunally to focus on.

Nunally's credentials are beyond impressive, as are DM's, and they are both intimately involved with your investment...and key details will surface over the next 90-120 days.
