I suggested it when the "rejection" issue hot these pages, no one bothered...

I am suggesting it again that te DD guys look into any recent ammendments to the Statutes relating to procedure to be followed by USPTO (1) when they are asked to grant a patement.

I know for a fact that Congress was holding Hearings as there were too many complaints that it simply too long for UPTO to ACT one way or another.

Thus. it may be that a PROCEDURAL thing mandated by Statute; No more hemming and Hawing...

In short this "Rejection" may well be because they never got to it, so they sent the rejection.
