Actually, the salary compensation comittee voted the raise to Falk. It was in their 10Q I believe 8/13/10. He had not had one in 2+ years to the best of my memory, and RP got nothing, salary wise.

We discussed this 30K increase at the time, and we were kinda split as to whether it should happen from due to past performance or future anticipated same.

It was a vote by those who serve on this comittee ala BOD.
