Next update, 10Q, is due 45 days after 9/30.

Just like last year, Nov 16th, with the SHM that followed on Nov 19th.

The question is, when is the next SHM?

If they follow last years timing, I predict EDIG THURS Nov 18th.

IMO, if there is no significant news out by Nov 18th, they may postpone it a few weeks. I don't recall the SEC rules on this, but I think, only a guess, it's a max of 3 months from the last SHM.
