No, I don't remember seeing any reference to treble damages but we have asked for:

• Awarding to Plaintiff such monetary or compensatory damages as may be found or deemed adequate
• Awarding to Plaintiff its costs
• Awarding to Plaintiff such other, further or general relief as this Court may deem proper
