As for Emit, I think I understand his frustration, which I think we all share to a degree. Being in the blind is not fun. I KNOW from some of our contacts that he is a good guy - just frustrated like the rest of us.
Going forward IMO, and as has been said, things don`t look (in our blindness) all that rosy.
I just fear that failure to just ``go along`` with what the company wants will just make a potentially bad situation worse.
Sometimes you have to take the worst case scenario view in order to make (what you think may be) the right decision. We all hold stock here, and all are probably like me and very reluctant to sell now, after all these years....and at this PPS.
So, worst case scenarios:
YES prevails to the necessary degree (which may be more than ``just passing``), dilution occurs once the company actually issues the authorized shares for whatever reason, and (bottom line) the company stays afloat. The PPS and our investment at least has an opportunity to improve.
No prevails (or enough No votes are cast to muck things up), the shares aren`t authorized, and something bad happens as a result, perhaps something really bad to the point where the PPS is zero with no opportunity to improve.
I`ll take the worst case ``Yes`` scenario over the worst case ``No`` scenario any day.
These things I KNOW.
