If Wencor wants to play ball, they will have to either front the money or make arrangements for alternate payment arrangements.
They cannot look to EDIG or IMS for that matter, to grease the wheels...they have the deep pockets and if these orders are of the magnitude that they referenced, they should have no problem doing the deals ASAP.
IMS, not being publicly traded, had no shares to issue to raise capital, and likely, their investor pool probably dried up seeing the PEA getting hammered by airlines signing up for the digEplayer.
EDIG remains, autonomous...by design.
