Darn it Gil! I went through this with you a couple of times now. I`m NOT suggesting that EDIG would yield control to Wencor! I`m thinking 33.3333% (that`s 1/3); equivalent to the 100M shares EDIG is requesting authorization to issue. The ``control`` EDIG would therefore be yielding would basically be a seat or two on the board of directors, with associated influence on company decisions.

Since it`s okay to post this word on this board, I`ll say it - ``Sheesh!``.
