my reflections at the moment

EDIG being bought out would be a good thing ( someone told me that months ago ) I wonder. Good for whom? If it includes the shareholders like us ( in addition to the insiders ) then let it happen. But another thought that comes to my mind given my perception of those currently in control of EDIG, some sort of new company. Current managers at EDIG seem to never want to give up control of all that good stuff they have and that is what has held back many deals. Why that would change now could only be some sort of squeeze by others that want control. And some players play hard ball. What if Wencor wants to have control of EDIG and EDIG doesn`t want to give it up. A new company with Wencor in control of it and EDIG a part or half owner. It could be public or private to go public later. It would only be about IFE ( the works, screens, seats, content, fees ). What could each party contribute? EDIG could offer shares and tech ( perhaps an exclusive ) and the other ( Wencor ) cash and connections and marketing. ( of course it doesn`t have to be Wencor ! ) Who would go for that? As to the voting of shares, I doubt if any of us here added up our votes we could out vote those is control, but we could have some clout as a voting block if we all were organized .. how would that even happen? like a premeeting with management before the shareholder`s meeting. That would be interesting with jdtiii as the spokes person for the block. Much to think about for the next three weeks or less ( if news comes ). Thanks to all for comments and reflections. Meanwhile the stock price tells some of the story that we try to figure out, or does it?
