3 weeks seems like a long time without any new Pacer documents. DM still has not responded to Doc 309 (Defendant’s Motion to Continue Stay of Discovery). If they aren’t working on a response, then what could they be working on? If settlements occur, I sure hope they do before the end of this month - so that we might see the results in the 10Q to be filed by Nov. 15.
