Are you suggesting an average of 5 million per settlement before a Markman ruling of after based on a favorable decision?

If before, I hope your estimate is a good one, however I fell that of the 16 remaining, we have 5 or 6 with substantial sales and the others with only moderate sales. Based on this assumption, I see perhaps a total 50-60 million versus your total of 80 million depending on the answer to the above question.

With a favorable ruling, things could improve to the point where we could expect a total of 100 million plus.

I'm still hoping we see some settlements, but put several through to the Markman ruling, favorable of course and generate the rewards we are entitled to.
