Everyone wants to know whats going on before they say yes to more shares---what if their(edig) hands are tied at the moment, and cannot talk about a deal-until they know they have enough capitol to move forward----didnt they say news BEFORE shm---waiting for authorized shares before they can release news---saying NO could just shoot ourselves in the foot
